How to say “Let's go, okay?” in Khmer

ទៅណា
Tov naa
Pronunciation (IPA): /tɨw naː/
Word by word: go + (softening particle)
💡 ណា (naa) is one of the most versatile Khmer particles. Placed sentence-finally, it softens a suggestion or request into an invitation rather than a command — the difference between 'Go!' and 'Shall we go?' It's extremely common in casual speech between friends and family. You'll hear it constantly when people are wrapping up a conversation or nudging someone along gently. Never use it in formal or written Khmer.
