How to say “Top up credit” in Khmer

បញ្ចូលលុយ
Banhchol luy
Pronunciation (IPA): /bɑɲcol luj/
Word by word: insert/load + money
💡 Mobile data in Cambodia is prepaid for most users. Topping up (បញ្ចូលលុយ) is done by buying a scratch card from a roadside stall or, increasingly, via Wing or ABA transfer. Smart, Metfone, and Cellcard are the three main carriers. Data packages are cheap — around $2–5 per month for 5–10 GB — so top-ups are frequent. The phrase is also used for topping up a Wing or ABA wallet balance.
